Thokki is the son of StÃgandi, an Icelandic stallion owned by a good friend of ours, Martina Gates.
Stigandi is a wonderful horse who has done very well in Icelandic horse competitions. He has four gaits and his tolt is super smooth. Here is some video showing him being evaluated in Iceland in 2002. He is being ridden, by the way, by Mette Manseth who is no stranger to the videos on Hestakaup.com.
But we did not breed Stigandi just for looks and movement!
